Turkey Tail Mushroom Tea

- 4 Cups water
- 1 tablespoon dried turkey tail mushroom powder
- 1 tablespoon dried reishi mushroom powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
- Fresh mint or ginger slice for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a gentle simmer in a small saucepan.
- Add the turkey tail and reishi powders, stirring until fully dissolved. Steep for 10–12 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a mug, discard solids.
- Stir in lemon juice and honey until well blended.
