Mango, Passion Fruit & Chia Pie (No-Bake)
Delicious and nutritious tropical no-bake pie packed with omega-3-rich chia seeds and antioxidant-rich passion fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 Β½ cups almond flour
- Β½ cup coconut sugar
- ΒΌ cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango
- ΒΎ cup passion fruit pulp (from 6β8 fruits)
- β cup chia seeds
- 1β2 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- Sliced strawberries or mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla until crumbly.
