- 1/4 cup plain low‑fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Zest of 1 large lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves or a sprinkle of lemon zest
