Garlic Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large wok over medium‑high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chili flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in mushrooms; cook for 4‑5 minutes until slightly browned.
- Add broccoli florets; stir‑fry for another 4‑6 minutes until tender‑crisp.
- Pour soy sauce and rice vinegar, tossing to coat evenly; cook 1 more minute.
- Drizzle sesame oil, season with salt, pepper, and stir well.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with brown rice or quinoa.
