Cucumber Lemonade

Cucumber Lemonade
A refreshing, antioxidant-packed drink that hydrates and supports digestion. Perfect for a hot day or a quick post-workout boost.
- 2 medium cucumbers (peeled or sliced)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 4 cups cold, filtered water
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, to taste
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs (optional garnish)
- Rinse and slice the cucumbers. Place them in a large pitcher.
- Add ice and water. Chill for 15–20 minutes to infuse the cucumber flavor.
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey (or maple). Mix well until the sweetener dissolves.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a mint sprig if desired. Serve chilled.
Health Tip: Cucumber is over 95% water and high in potassium, making this lemonade an excellent electrolyte source after exercise. Lemon provides vitamin C and helps lower uric acid, while honey supplies natural antioxidants.
