Sea Buckthorn Foot Cream for Cracked Heels | Natural Foot Salve | Lhamour

Your hardest-working skin deserves serious care.

The skin on your heels takes more daily punishment than anywhere else on your body — and ordinary moisturisers aren't built for it. Lhamour's Sea Buckthorn Foot Cream is a dense, protective foot salve formulated with beeswax, sea buckthorn, peppermint and thyme to deeply nourish dry, rough and cracked heels and leave feet feeling genuinely soft.

No water padding. No synthetic thickeners. Just six botanical and natural ingredients, concentrated where you need them most.

Why a salve, not a lotion?

Foot skin is thick, often calloused, and loses moisture faster than facial or body skin. A water-based lotion evaporates quickly and rarely penetrates deeply enough to make a lasting difference on rough heels. A salve — built on beeswax and nutrient-dense plant oils — forms a protective, breathable layer that seals in moisture, softens the skin's surface, and keeps working long after you apply it.

This is why Lhamour's foot cream works where many conventional foot lotions don't.

Key Ingredients

Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil (Hippophae Rhamnoides Fruit Oil) The hero ingredient. Sea buckthorn is exceptionally rich in vitamins A, C, E and rare omega-7 fatty acids — making it one of the most nutrient-dense plant oils for nourishing neglected or very dry skin. It gives the cream its warm amber tone and contributes to visibly softer, more comfortable heels with regular use.

Beeswax (Cera Alba) The structural backbone of the salve. Beeswax creates a breathable protective barrier on the skin's surface that locks in moisture without suffocating the skin. It also gives the cream its firm, easy-to-apply texture that melts on contact with skin warmth.

Soybean Oil (Glycine Soja Oil) Rich in linoleic acid and vitamin E, soybean oil provides the base nourishment of the formula — softening and conditioning the skin's surface while helping the other botanicals absorb evenly.

Tallow (Bos Taurus) A traditional skin-nourishing ingredient used in balms and salves for centuries. Tallow's fatty acid profile closely mirrors the skin's own natural lipids, making it exceptionally compatible with very dry or rough skin. It contributes significant richness and staying power to the formula. Note: this product contains beef tallow and is not suitable for vegans.

Peppermint Oil (Mentha Piperita Oil) Delivers an immediate cooling, refreshing sensation on application — a welcome finish after a long day on your feet. Peppermint also contributes the formula's clean, invigorating scent.

Thyme Oil (Thymus Vulgaris Oil) A classic botanical used in natural foot care for its refreshing, cleansing character. Thyme adds depth to the scent profile and a pleasantly herbal quality to the formula.

How to Use

Apply a small amount to clean, dry heels and the balls of your feet. Massage in with firm circular motions until absorbed. For best results, apply before bed and wear cotton socks overnight — the warmth helps the salve absorb deeply while you sleep.

For very dry or cracked heels: Use nightly for the first two weeks, then 3–4 times per week to maintain softness.

Can also be used on dry elbows, knees, cuticles or any rough skin that needs intensive nourishment.

Suitable for

• Very dry, rough or calloused heels
• Cracked or uncomfortable foot skin
• Anyone who spends long hours on their feet
• Mature skin
• Cold-weather skin care routines

Not suitable for vegans (contains beef tallow and beeswax).
